On January 16 - Chef Thomas Tolxdorf of The
Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, is gathering a group of local Chefs/Owner of
Amelia Island Restaurants and farmers from Fernandina Beach Market Place to
officially kick off Amelia Island’s Restaurant Week.
Each chef will prepare a
tasting in Café 4750. The evening begins with a 6 p.m. wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres
and a 6:45 p.m. dinner seating.
